By accessing or using Journa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Journa is a personal productivity tool that lets you track habits, tasks, shopping lists, weekly goals, and notes. The service is provided free of charge and on an as-is basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of all content you create within Journa — your tasks, notes, goals, and other data belong to you. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for the content you enter. You agree not to use Journa to store or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service

We strive to keep Journa available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any interruption or loss of access.

Journa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability. Use of the service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
